Admin staff have no manners, can't even complete booking an appointment at the desk without them answering phones mid convo to take other bookings then forget what you are standing there in front of them to do.
What an absolute mess with no process for front of house - Paris Stephens Added June 26, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I’ve been seeing Dr Ben Saunders for the past 12 months since relocating to Darwin. He has helped me with every aspect of my medical needs, from the physical to my mental health needs. It’s refreshing to see a Dr who doesn’t need google to diagnose you. He’s helped me though some tuff times and it’s fair to say without him I probably wouldn’t be here. Cannot rate him highly enough. Thanks Ben.

Below average. - lewis knibbs Added May 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Good doctors but there customer service is shocking. Make an appointment for 9.45 I then called to see if they were running on time. We're half an hour behind. Got to the clinic told we were next and two patients were seen before me. Waited over an hour and half after my original appointment.
