- Google User Added March 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed. Tried surprising my partner with flowers. Paid $15 for delivery to her work which I was happy to pay (even if she works across the road from this shop). She comes home without the flowers. I went in and spoke to the worker there to get told they don't know where Palmerston Cct was (which happens to be the street their shop is located on) or where Highway House was. Highway House is the big building in front of the shop with Highway House down the side. Trying to get a refund for the delivery was a nightmare!!! I will not be going here again. I have never heard anything good about this place and I can see why. And before you judge I've tried Flowers by Elise 3 times now and have had nothing but issues and rude service. I'm happy to support local business by not happy to support this business. In saying all this the flowers were nice.
Update: The flowers died is less than 5 days. What a waste of $90.
